The Shearers Cottage was lovingly restored in 2018, with attention to detail and featuring many rustic furnishings. Once a shed for goats and shearing our alpaca's, it has now been transformed into an idyllic country retreat. Nestled alongside the property dam with its quaint jetty, beautiful cottage garden the Shearers Cottage is tastefully decorated giving you a cozy welcome in all seasons.
The cottage has 1 queen bed, kitchenette, ensuite bathroom and all linen, towels are provided. The cottage has a private fenced backyard for your dog, and dogs are welcome inside (but not on furniture)
Inside the cottages are immaculately clean, modern and recently refurbished. The cottage has an enclosed dog proof back yard, an area for dogs to run around and dog bowls so you don't need to bring them from home.
Located on the beautiful Gippsland Lakes Region, This cottage is one of five very private self-contained cottages set on 10 acres in a rural area just 5 minutes drive from Paynesville. Paynesville can be reached by walking from your cottage along the lovely lakeside walk (around 45 mins) to this quaint village for a large selection of dog-friendly cafes and restaurants. Sleeps 2 - 3 Additional fold up bed available upon request.
